AFTER YOUR PURCHASE
Please give us 30 minutes to 12 hours to activate your account. Please do not email or call asking for account status if you have not received this email yet. This can take up to 12 hours, however it usually takes a lot less time. Before contacting us about how to install Vaders, please read the Install pages that can be found at the top of our website under the “Install” link.
Must have a supported device and HIGH SPEED INTERNET. A speed of 15 mbps ON THE DEVICE you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. Any device older than 5 years old is not recommended. If your Internet Provider is throttling or blocking Vaders, a VPN is highly reccomended on the device you use to stream to prevent Vaders from being blocked.
MAC accounts are 1 device only. The MAC you use with your purchase cannot be changed after purchase. 5 devices, 3 IP addresses is strictly enforced. Of your 5 devices you can only add 1 MAC device. Violations of these terms will result in account ban and NO REFUND.
After your purchase, refunds are not accepted. It costs us money to create accounts; therefore, refunds are not accepted after purchase under any circumstance. Testing our service with our 48 hour trial is highly recommended.
We offer support for the duration of your subscription. You can join our Facebook group for the fastest and best response time. Email support may take up to 24 hours for a response.
In order to keep the service running at its best you may experience intermittent down time for maintenance and upgrades. We reserve the right to control content on Vader Streams. We may add or remove channels at any time.
